One idea that resonates with me is “Design by all for all.” Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Like this:Like Loading... I’m curious to know the reason behind using the word “Positive”.
That was one central theme of discussion, in fact. Simply put, it has two elements. First, it focuses on positive outcomes for greater goods, rather than focusing on immediate solution for smaller circle of stakeholders. Second, it focuses on aligning and magnifying the dormant strengths of individuals in an organization to the extent the deficiencies of the organizations become irrelevant.
