I am in Helsinki to give a talk at the Center of Knowledge and Innovation Research at the Helsinki School of Economics. The theme of the conference is open innovation. I always enjoy being in Scandinavian countries. There is something special about them — modest, understated, pragmatic, and innovative.
I was listening and experiencing your presentation at CKIR – you finished less than 10 minutes ago – and I am still speechless. The way you described Gehry’s way of working was truly impressive, and I could not help thinking that you must have worked as his fellow architect for a number of years. I was surprised to find out that your expertise has to do with management information systems. Maybe my assumption had to do with me having education of an architect. I was impressed! THANKS!
