This is the famous urinal at the Shiphol airport in Amsterdam. They found that when men find something on the surface of a urinal, they tend to aim better and that way they can keep the cleaning cost in check. Whether it is true or not, this innovation has become popular among airports. You can see a similar one in JFK.

I am visiting Raleigh, NC for data collection at Raleigh Convention Center project. My flight got delayed more than an hour and I arrived shortly after mid-night. Since I could not catch shuttle for my original rental company (Dollar), I had to cancel it and use the one that was still open, Hertz. This is the room that I am staying.
